Good morning, iOpeners. It's Thursday April 18, 2019.  U.S. Attorney William Barr releases a redacted version of the Mueller report later this morning.  We'll have special coverage from NPR starting at 9:20 a.m.  Follow this breaking story wherever you go today by streaming us on your mobile device.

New census estimates show Cuyahoga County lost another 4,514 residents last year, the ninth largest population loss for a county in the country.  But there was little change in the population of the seven-county Cleveland-Akron area.  Cuyahoga County has shed more than 36,000 residents since the 2010 census.

Cleveland police and U.S. Marshals are searching for an escaped psychiatric prisoner.  Jonathan Luton was being transferred to the North Coast Behavioral Facility when he escaped from an ambulance near E. 30 St. and Chester Ave. yesterday at 5 p.m.  Officials say Luton is wearing only a gown and is suicidal.

A union representing some of the nurses at the Cuyahoga County jail say they’ll rally outside the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party’s annual dinner next week to protest the county’s decision to replace union nurses with union and non-union ones from MetroHealth. The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees’ protest could upend plans for the dinner.  The headline speaker is Democratic presidential candidate and U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris.  Her spokeswoman said Harris won’t cross a picket line.

The Cleveland Browns’ 2019 schedule features four prime-time games, the highest number of nationally broadcast games for the franchise in 11 years. The Browns earned the spotlight after improving from 1-15 during the 2016-2017 seasons to 7-8-1 behind then-rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield.

The Indians beat the Seattle Mariners, 1-0, to cap a three-game sweep.  Carlos Carrasco rebounded from one of his worst starts with three hits and 12 strikeouts over seven innings.  He struck out the side three times. Jake Bauers had a solo homer.

Weather forecast: Cloudy and breezy, with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms later this morning.  Winds out of the south will blow at 13 to 22 mph speeds.  High 75.  Tonight, cloudy with rain after midnight.  Low 46.
