Good morning, iOpeners. Have you caught up on the hour of sleep you lost overnight Saturday? It's the start of another week. Ready or not, it's Monday, March 11, 2019.

The city of Cleveland would have offered Amazon more than $3.5 billion in tax incentives, a separate power grid and millions of square feet downtown in its bid to get the online retail giant’s second headquarters.  The city made its full proposal public after a judge in the Ohio Court of Claims ordered it to do so in response to a public records request by WEWS-TV News5.

A funeral service for Cleveland developer and philanthropist Sam Miller drew hundreds of mourners Sunday to Park Synagogue in Cleveland Heights.  Those in attendance included Mayor Frank Jackson, Cleveland Roman Catholic Bishop Nelson Perez and former Cleveland Clinic CEO Toby Cosgrove. Miller, the longtime co-chairman of Forest City Enterprises, Inc., died last Thursday at the age of 97.

Sen. Sherrod Brown says he’s not ready to endorse any candidate in the Democratic presidential race now that he’s chosen not to run.  Brown, appearing Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” said the eventual Democratic Party nominee will be “the one who talks to workers the best.” He said the likely entry into the race of former Vice President Joe Biden had “zero” impact on his decision not to run. He also used his appearance on the program to criticize Republican lawmakers for not rebuking President Trump for "racist, anti-Semitic" rhetoric.

The Ohio State Buckeyes fell, 73-67, in overtime to No. 21 Wisconsin in men’s college basketball.  Ohio State overcame a 23-point deficit to tie the game at 63 and force overtime. C.J. Jackson led the Buckeyes with 22 points. He and fellow seniors Joey Lane and Keyshawn Woods addressed the crowd after the game. They thanked fans, family and the coaches after their final game.

Weather forecast: Partly sunny, light breezes of 14 to 16 mph, high 39.  Tonight, partly cloudy, low 24.  A warm week ahead as temperatures will reach 50 degrees or more Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
